Project Description
In May 2021, we supported the development agency DAI to provide a number of services in support of the USAID-funded Afghanistan Value Chain – Livestock project. The services include the provision of business development consultancy services to SMEs involved in livestock value chains. We first undertook an analysis of the beneficiary SMEs through in-depth interviews with company officials and field visits to project sites in rural districts, followed by the provision of technical assistance in the areas of finance, operations, marketing, and business planning.
